No matter where it was, the Finnish girls’ advances always made us feel uncomfortable. We even thought that these girls were “easy to get” and “somewhat promiscuous.” But when we heard that their culture didn’t care much about such behavior, and that even when single, having sex with strangers or casual sex with friends was allowed, my American roommate and I began to try to understand this kind of thinking and the reasons behind it.

Some women, even without any emotional involvement, enjoy their meals. Because they are single and lonely, they inevitably experience desires for hugs, caresses, and sexual activity. Families and schools assist with sex education, and precautions and safety measures are taken during sexual activity. If a person does not have a regular sexual partner, of course, they should take good care of their body to ensure there are no problems.
